~Swamp, Smacking, And IceCream~
I could not be any happier than I am at this very moment.
I’m sitting in my cozy den, watching Swamp People. My husband has a slight obsession with this show. Their Cajun accent fascinates me and just imagining how bad these guys must stink makes me cringe…..so I’m okay with watching. Brad is eating ice cream, Emma is sleeping, and my other three are giggling upstairs.
*Okay, I would be a smidge happier if Brad wasn’t eating icecream, because he smacks like every fourth bite. Picky, I realize, because he is a very polite eater, which is why I casually have one finger discreetly pinching my left ear closed, and am now pecking with one hand.*
I’m hyper sensitive to mouth noises, Please don’t hate me. I cant help it. It may as well be fingernails on a chalkbord.
ANYHOO!

I know exactly what you mean about mouth noises. The reason my husband and I are still married is because I NEVER eat breakfast with him… he slurps and smacks his cereal. AHRRGG!!!
ohhh i have never heard of this swamp people…but i’m assuming they are perhaps bayou folk and this intrigues me. i shall look it up. those pictures are absolutely amazing…especially the first one where your daughter is less then impressed taking pictures…Wow.

I hope you sell your home quickly and everything goes well. I also love the post of where you are at. I understand being there too….and I Love it! However, every once in a while it would be nice to be in that beach picture.

My youngest daughter has this sensitivity, too. She HATES crunching! LOL! She needs to join MNHA, too! Sweet pics!

heehee, I am part of the MNHA club too, so funny. Maybe it is a woman thing. The smacking enjoyment can just be too much at times. Cereal slurping and chicken bone licken.
My son just introduced me to swamp People at the hotel the other night. I found it rather interesting, but doubted I would be wanting to watch ALL the episodes like my youngest and eldest sons. So funny to hear their thoughts on the hunt and swampy hunters.
